1. Educational & Wellness Purpose Disclaimer

Saving Health Lifestyle Center provides educational, lifestyle, and natural-wellness guidance. Our programs, sessions, and materials are intended for general educational and supportive purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing we provide is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something provided by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services. By using our services you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Services & Bookings

We offer in-person, house-call, and virtual health sessions, as well as training programs. Service descriptions, durations, and the specific terms applicable to each program are presented at the time of booking and, where applicable, in an individual service agreement that forms part of these Terms.

5. Payments & Installments

• Fees are displayed at the time of booking and are payable in the currency indicated.
• A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit is received.
• Where an installment plan is offered, the schedule, amounts, and due dates are set out in your service agreement. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amounts on the agreed dates.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (including Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service type and are described in your service agreement or on the relevant booking page. Unless otherwise stated, requests to reschedule or cancel should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Deposits may be non-refundable where clearly indicated at the time of booking.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services. In particular, you will not:

• use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website;
• copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is the property of Saving Health Lifestyle Center or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
